First driver is free, additional drivers are NZ$1.00 each per day.

Minimum rental period: 3 days; hire days base on 24 hours
14 day minimum for all one way hires Auckland to Christchurch and vica-verca between 01 December 2007 - 29 February 2008.
5 day minimum for all hires between 01 December 2007 - 29 February 2008 (Regardless of pick up and drop off locations).
One - Way Rentals: No additional one-way fees apply.
Bond/Excess/Insurance: All vehicles are insured with option 1 for the damage to the vehicle or to the property of a Third Party. The hire is responsible for the first NZ$ 1000 ("the excess") (driver over 21years old) and NZ$ 2000 (driver under 21 years old) of the cost of damage to Third Party property or the rented vehicle. This option does not cover windscreen and tyre damage
A bond of NZ$ 1000 or NZ$ 2000 is required for all hires. You will be asked to sign a separate security bond in the form of a credit card imprint.

This bond is held by Jucy cars and is not banked; it is our guarantee that the vehicle will be returned on time and in the condition that it was hired in. Jucy Rentals no longer accepts a cash bond as a form of deposit. All clients must have a credit card to hire a vehicle.

DRIVER OVER 21 INSURANCE OPTIONS:
Option 2: Insurance excess NZ$ 100.00, Pay Additional NZ$ 8.00 per day
(NOTE: This option does not cover windscreen and tyre damage)

Option 3: Insurance excess nil, Pay Additional $12.00 per day
(NOTE: This option covers all damage including windscreen and tyres)

DRIVER UNDER 21 INSURANCE OPTIONS:
Option 2: Insurance excess NZ$ 1000.00, Pay Additional $15.00 per day
(NOTE: This option does not cover windscreen and tyre damage)

Option 3: Insurance excess NZ$ 100, Pay Additional NZ$ 20.00 per day
(NOTE: This option covers all damage including windscreen and tyres)

Tyre and windscreen waiver for NZ$ 4 per day available.
Age restrictions and drivers licence: Drivers must be 18 years of age or over and a national drivers licence is to be presented at the time of rental. If the licence is not in English format, an international drivers licence is also required.

Extras:
Toddler seats and Baby capsules: NZ$ 40 per rental
Baby Booster seats: NZ$ 35 per rental
Snow chains: NZ$ 25 per rental
Cars and car groups are subject to availability and may vary by location. Bookings can only be accepted by car group, not specific make, model or colour. Baby/Booster seats can be fitted in all Rental Cars
